    Perry said: "between 1976-80, and saw no internal dysfunction or morale problems during that time."

    You have got to be kidding me! If he did not see what was going down then he does not see well. Be afraid be very afraid.

    I agree. Itʻs the same dismissive attitude he has about a lot of things.

    And regarding his pay scale that heʻs not happy about. Doesnʻt the fact that Kauai has a significantly lower population factor into his comparison to other islands chiefsʻ pay?

    Maybe the Honolulu job wasnʻt going to happen. Period.
