Unless you live in one of those states with the rigged voting machines....

  1. Aloha Joan,
I would like to ask everyone on Kauai to please vote for the team that can change the way things are done regarding the land, PLDC, water, etc.

    Walter Ritte - AT LARGE
    Leland Yadao - KAUAI SEAT
    Keʻeaumoku Kapu - MAUI SEAT
William Meyers - BIG ISLAND SEAT

Mahalo to all you land warriors!!!!

    Leland Yadao, ʻRadarʻ

  2. The attempt to get an arrest warrant for the Mayor was and still is a political ploy. She and the Chief knows that if they serve this then all of their family and friends as well as they themselves would have to face the same charges. We saw many privately owned vehicles go to the county refueling stations to steal gas. The corruption is out of control on Kauai but with all storms as well as good and bad things, they all come to an end. Never forget the 8 lives Kusaka ended and Always fight against these kinds of evil people we have in office.

  3. Mahalo Joan for the comedy relief. Headed to the polls early this morning to vote, as informed as I could be about the candidates and the issues and not letting signs, press releases, television ads sway my opinion. Have to thank you for shedding light. Whatever the outcome, I'm relieved its ova!!!!

  4. Yes Joan, Thanks!......we need some "comic relief".....as did
Shakespeare plays during the Tragic events portrayed.

Otherwise, bash your head against the wall and slit your wrists and take a hot bath.

If we have no hope, then we have dope. Pretty much the Mantra of the younger set who did not vote.

But this is not Evolution....perhaps it's time for Revolution.....pray for Revolution....are you willing to die for your beliefs and freedom? I thought not.

SO then......pray for our 10 year olds who will grow up to an Earth dying and economically and physically raped and sucked dry...

They will be our only Hope to save the world from the current species of humans ....who have Fucked it Up and continue to wage war, death and destruction to support "economic growth"....

But we will be dead by then and "mutants" normal.

    Dr Shibai

  10. Furfaro should step down as chair and hand it over to the women in the house. Glad to see Hooser made it. Unfortunately so did Mel but maybe with Shay out he will wake up and realize his alliance with her could've been his demise as it has been for Kuali'i. Tim Bynum barely made it in. Who is this Kagawa person and who is backing him? Part of the GOB network? How does this newbie come in and finish in the middle of the pack first time around. Must be well-connected which means he's beholding to others. Looks like Shaylene screwed up too many times to undo the damage no matter how desperately she tried.

  11. As a silent but long suffering employee of the Shaylene and Jake reign of terror I want to thank and commend the Community of Kauai for seeing her true colors and bringing sunshine back into our work place.

Free at last, thank god we are free at last.

    Aloha! Shaylene, and Congratulations Justin!

  12. Ross Kagawa is the Dickie Chang of 2012's election...he is no different than Dickie, a true Moke that can't speak to save his ass! Look at the forum and listen to the way he speaks, it's embarrassing. Now we get to watch him live and in color at the council forums, if he think he was pressured out at the council forums, he better think twice! Smile, you're on candid camera :)
